南宁糖业股份有限公司（简称：南宁糖业。股票代码000911）前身为南宁统一糖业有限公司。1999年4月改制为南宁糖业股份有限公司，现由六个大中型制糖、造纸厂舒雅护理用品有限公司等组建而成。公司位于出海大枢纽的祖国西南部广西首府南宁市，且江河运输、陆运、空运便捷。公司具有对外进出口经营权，是广西外贸商品进出口基地及国家重点扶持的512家国有重点企业之一，是国家认定的大型一档企业。
